Logos Circle / Ruse met on 24 January 2026 at Dunav Plaza in Ruse, Bulgaria. The Circle is building two tools for the city: Transparent Ruse, an anonymous platform for locals to report problems, and Interactive Ruse, a map of the city for visitors. It tracks its work in public on its website and GitHub.

Working on

• Transparent Ruse: an anonymous form collects city ideas and problems, and by July 2026 the Circle had built a dashboard to review, edit and post updates on submitted signals, to support the initial launch (t/1824).
• Interactive Ruse: a map of landmarks, restaurants, cafés and viewpoints for visitors (t/1717). By 12 September 2026 the first map data extraction was done and members had given feedback. Next come images for each sightseeing point and outreach to digital nomads for feedback (t/1940).
