From 23 to 31 October, [[Logos]] and Zu-Grama are bringing around 30 people to Dhun, a 500-acre regenerative living project near Jaipur, for Field Station / Rajasthan, an eight-night residency for builders and activists.

It is designed as the opposite of a weekend hackathon, where a team forms, builds quickly, presents, and goes home. At Field Station, residents live together, share meals made from local crops, and keep their evenings phone-free, while still getting more than four hours of uninterrupted build time a day. Builders are asked to bring something concrete, whether a project, a prototype, or a clearly scoped problem, and to shape it around a real issue in the communities near the site.

The challenges to build around are based on everyday problems. One asks for a better way of reporting local problems like water, waste, access, and maintenance, so they can be seen moving from reported to in progress to resolved. Another is about privacy-preserving mutual aid, helping residents and site staff coordinate transport, supply runs, and practical help.

The residency has four main tracks: a Civic Prize track working on problems identified by Logos Circles, a sovereignty and privacy track for people already building such tools, a d/acc track led by Zu-Grama, and a track for non-builders. As the joint organisers put it, “not everyone at Field Station writes code.” Activists, organisers, artists, and writers will use the tools, test them, challenge them, and help judge the projects.

The week ends with a summit and demo day, where residents show what they built and what happened when people used it. The strongest projects from the Logos tracks can go on to milestone-based grant funding.
