On Logos there is now a way to publish a document that nobody can take down and anyone can prove existed. You upload it, it goes out across the network, and a record of it is anchored on the Logos chain where it can be found and checked later. It runs as an app inside Basecamp, with a command-line tool for the anchoring that anyone can run. A developer called ''aegonmyy'' finished it in July, and five bugs in Logos's own tooling were fixed along the way.

The idea for it came from a public list where Logos CCs detail the infrastructure needed by the stack for launch. They are published on GitHub in two forms. A Lambda Prize is a specification: here is the tool, here is exactly what it must do, and the first working implementation that meets it takes the prize, between $400 and $1,200. An RFP is a brief for something too big for that, where a team proposes how it would build the thing and is funded to do it.

Seven Lambda Prizes have been claimed, the publishing tool among them. Others include a signer proxy, so a hardware key can sign on Nostr, or an anonymous forum where a moderator can remove a post and revoke a membership without learning who anyone is.

If you are interested, you can still look into building interesting challenges such as a private multisig, an autonomous agent with its own wallet, atomic swaps, privacy-preserving exchange or a stablecoin with no peg.

Logos is looking ahead to mainnet in 2027. Help make sure the launch comes with batteries included.
