'''Evice Wallet SDK''' is a wallet engine, provider SDK for dApps (decentralised apps) and command-line wallet by the GitHub account evice-labs. It runs on the Logos Execution Zone (LEZ), the Logos layer that runs on-chain programs, and has a C interface for Basecamp modules. The README does not say whether it is an official Logos project.

== What it does ==
* It handles native and token-program assets across public and private (shielded) LEZ accounts.
* It gives dApps an API to connect, ask for account access, read balances and propose transactions.
* Before signing, every proposed transaction shows a readable summary, a simulated balance change and the program's source verification status.
* It resolves human-readable .lez names with its own implementation of the Logos Name Service spec.
* It derives scoped nullifiers, tags built from the identity secret and a scope, which the README says cannot be linked across dApps.
* Its other client-side identity features are Schnorr-signed attestations, identity commitments and Shamir secret sharing, which splits a secret into shares.
* The core is pure Rust with no GUI code. It serves Basecamp modules through a C interface and the terminal through a CLI named evice-wallet.
* A Docker-based local LEZ sequencer with pre-funded accounts is included for development.
* The README states that it collects and sends no analytics, metrics or telemetry.

Stage: Prototype. The README states no stage, but the version is 0.1.3 and the README lists testnet deployments and a demo script.

== Use it ==
# Install Rust. The repository pins Rust 1.98.1 in rust-toolchain.toml.
# Clone the repository and build it with <code>just build</code> or <code>cargo build</code>. The README's clone command names the repository lez-wallet-sdk.
# Start a local sequencer with <code>just dev-start</code>, which uses Docker Compose. Without Docker, use <code>just dev-native-start</code>.
# Create a wallet with <code>cargo run --bin evice-wallet -- wallet create</code>, then create public and private accounts.
# List accounts, send transfers to addresses or .lez names, and resolve names with the CLI commands shown in the README.
# Run <code>./demo.sh</code> to check the build, the C header, the CLI and name resolution.

== Build it ==
* <code>just build</code> or <code>cargo build</code> builds the workspace.
* <code>just test</code> or <code>cargo test --workspace</code> runs the tests.
* <code>just header</code> generates the C header.
* The LEZ code is pulled as Cargo Git dependencies, so no local LEZ checkout is needed.

== Releases ==
* Latest tag: v0.1.3, 3 November 2026 (UTC).
* The repository has no metadata.json. The workspace version in Cargo.toml is 0.1.3.
* GitHub lists four releases, v0.1.0 to v0.1.3. The latest is v0.1.3.
